This policy covers the contact and project-assessment forms on anemonmuhendislik.com. The data controller under the KVKK and, where the GDPR applies, the controller is ANEMON MÜHENDİSLİK SAN. TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. (“Anemon Engineering”).

We process only the information you enter into the form fields:

If you do not provide the required form fields, you may be unable to submit your enquiry or we may be unable to respond.

• Name and company name
• Email address and telephone number
• Selected project type and target market
• Your message or enquiry details

We use the information solely to assess your enquiry, reply to you, provide information about the relevant service and clarify your request where necessary.

In Türkiye, processing relies on pre-contractual steps under Article 5(2)(c) KVKK or a proportionate legitimate interest under Article 5(2)(f) KVKK. Where the GDPR applies, the corresponding bases are Articles 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f). We do not make consent to marketing a condition of responding to an enquiry.

Submitting the form passes the information you entered through your own email application to Anemon Engineering’s corporate mailbox. The website does not save form entries in a separate database and does not create user accounts.

Language selection uses your browser language and your choice. Your IP address is not sent to a third-party country-detection service. Anemon Engineering does not use contact-form data for marketing, behavioural advertising, profiling or automated decision-making.

When the embedded Google Maps map on the contact page is displayed, Google may process information such as your IP address, browser/device details and technical request data under its own terms in order to provide the map. Information entered in the contact form is not sent to Google.

We do not sell, rent, use for marketing or voluntarily disclose contact-form data to third parties.

We may disclose the minimum necessary information only where a binding legal obligation applies or a competent public authority makes a lawful request. Anemon Engineering does not initiate an international transfer of this data.

If an enquiry does not become a customer or contractual relationship, the correspondence is deleted no later than 12 months after the last communication. We do not create unnecessary copies.

If an enquiry results in a contract, records required to perform the service or meet legal obligations may be subject to separate notices and statutory retention periods. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures against unauthorised access, alteration or loss.

Under the KVKK, you may request information, access, correction, deletion or destruction, learn about recipients, object to an automated outcome and seek compensation for unlawful processing.

Where the GDPR applies, you may also have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. You may complain to the competent supervisory authority if you consider the processing unlawful.

KVKK requests are answered according to their nature and within 30 days at the latest. GDPR requests are answered within the applicable statutory period.

The Google Maps component is provided by Google. Social-media and other external links direct you to third-party sites only when you choose to click them. Those services process data under their own privacy policies.

We may update this policy when the website or applicable law changes. The current version and update date are published on this page.
