A powerful refrigeration unit is not enough to establish ATP conformity. The insulated body, unit/body combination, equipment identity and existing test evidence must be reviewed together.
What is ATP certification?
ATP is the agreement on international carriage of perishable foodstuffs and the special equipment used for that carriage. Relevant insulation and temperature-maintenance performance is assessed against its equipment classification and certification provisions. It is not a general food-business licence or permission to transport every product at any temperature.
UNECE's official text page lists a version valid from 25 August 2026. Turkish applications also require checking the current national rules and the relevant ministry/TSE procedure. International ATP scope and domestic carriage obligations should be distinguished.
Identify the equipment and transaction
New equipment, previously certified equipment, a modified body and a renewal are different starting points. Define the food and temperature needs, route, equipment type and current certificate before selecting the assessment scope.
What evidence is reviewed?
- Vehicle/body identification and production date.
- Insulation construction and available thermal-performance evidence.
- Refrigeration-unit specification and installation.
- Existing test report, certificate, classification and changes.
- Required temperatures and intended use.
What does Anemon's preparation provide?

Validity, renewal and changes
Initial certification, periodic checks and assessment after a change may follow different requirements. Review the actual certificate, equipment age, transaction and current rules rather than assigning one fixed period to every case. A replacement refrigeration unit needs review against the existing evidence.

Share photographs, vehicle/body identity, manufacture date, body and refrigeration data, existing reports/certificates and planned transport conditions. A vehicle conversion may also need modification assessment; series manufacture needs suitable production controls.

No. It does not establish assessment of the complete equipment.
