Signing into ARTES, registering a manufacturer and preparing an individual vehicle's CoC data are different tasks. Identify the stage you need before preparing documents or arranging training.
What is ARTES?
ARTES is the Turkish Notaries Union's Vehicle Registry and Registration System. Manufacturer/importer and dealer-side conformity-data preparation feeds the registration process. A data entry is not itself a type approval, newly issued CoC or completed registration certificate. This guide concerns Türkiye.
Official access and the Dealer Module
For official access or support, use the TNB ARTES portal and ARTES Dealer Module. Check current installation and authorisation notices there. An old guide's software or operating-system instructions may be outdated.

From approval to registration
- Check the approved type, category and variant/version.
- Match the individual CoC to the VIN and vehicle specification.
- Prepare consistent records under the appropriate company/user authority.
- Complete the registration transaction through the competent notarial process.
TSE's ARTES type-approval search has an expressly stated category and complete-vehicle scope. A missing search result is not automatically proof that any approval outside that scope is invalid.
Prepare the manufacturer file
Start with company identity, authorised representatives, manufacturer/importer role, vehicle categories, existing approvals and the sample CoC data structure. Complete the current authority-specific application requirements afterwards. This is a preparation checklist, not a universal official document list.
Prevent errors in individual vehicle records
Compare VIN, type/variant/version, masses, axle and seat data with the source document. Keep earlier manufacturing stages separate from the completed vehicle and track document revisions. Entering an unapproved variant into a screen does not resolve the technical approval gap.
